Note to our clients:

If possible, please print and fill out our New Client Packet and bring it to your first appointment.
Enter the parking lot off Howard Street. The church is on the corner of Harrison and Howard Street, just NE from Fischer Dorm at Wheaton College.
Entrance under overhang has 4-5 steps. The door will be locked. Please ring the white doorbell at your appointment time and your therapist will come and let you in.
Handicapped entrance has a ramp. Enter the parking lot off Howard Street.
