Note to our clients:
The church is east of Hwy 47 on 176. Park in the church parking lot and ring the doorbell by the main church doors. We suggest arrival no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If possible, please print and fill out our new client forms and bring them and your insurance card (if applicable) to your first appointment.
