Amy is also Christianity Today's Editor of GiftedForLeadership.com and serves as Senior Editor of Leadership Journal.

Amy, a pastor's daughter, opens her heart and lets us know exactly how she felt growing up with a mentally ill mother. She will change your perspective on mental illness and the more than 25% of us who grapple with it each year. Amy's message brings understanding about mental illness and encouragement to explore new possibilities for ministry to this stigmatized group.

As a follow-up to our May 7 event, a general information meeting will be held at our offices on May 14 for individuals or churches curious about how to start a mental health support group. CCCC will provide monthly professional facilitator support free of charge to individuals or churches who decide to start a mental health support group.
