COVID-19 Updates & Telehealth

As more of our clients return to face-to-face sessions, please continue to follow CDC, Illinois, & Indiana guidelines for your and our staff's safety.

Telehealth options continue to be offered by most therapists during COVID-19.

FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS

If you are seeing your therapist face-to-face, please

  • be assured we are sanitizing touched/high touch areas between clients.
  • stay in your car until your appointment time. For your safety, we are not using our waiting rooms. Your therapist will meet you at your appointment time.
  • do not enter our offices and call 708.845.5500 to reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell/taste, diarrhea/nausea).
  • wear a face covering when you enter our offices or when 6-foot social distance is not possible.
  • pay for your therapy sessions by mail or click the "Make a Payment" button on our website's homepage.

Please leave a voicemail when you call us. We are not able to have all our staff in the office at the same time during COVID-19 so all calls go to voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Current or new clients may also contact us via email.

  • Contact your insurance about your coverage for Telehealth and/or Telephone Evaluations.
  • After you know your insurance coverage for Telehealth, please call your therapist.
