COVID-19 Updates & Telehealth

Please continue to follow CDC, Illinois, and Indiana guidelines for your and our staff's safety.

Telehealth options continue to be offered by most therapists during COVID-19. Please make sure to contact your insurance provider to verify that telehealth services are covered.

FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS

If you are seeing your therapist face-to-face, please follow these guidelines:

  • Wear a mask in our Illinois locations.
  • If you or anyone in your home are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or any cold, flu, or other viral symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell/taste, diarrhea/nausea), do not enter our offices, and call (708) 845-5500 to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you were exposed to someone with COVID-19, please follow the CDC's guidelines updated December 27, 2021, and call (708) 845-5500 if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you are able to enter our offices, please wear a mask until the 10-day period has ended.
  • If you test positive for COVID-19, please follow the CDC's guidelines updated December 27, 2021, and call (708) 845-5500 to reschedule your appointment.
  • Keep a 6-foot social distance during visits to our office.
  • Pay for your therapy sessions by mail or click the "Make a Payment" button on our website's homepage.

We are not always able to have all our staff in the office at the same time during COVID-19. If we are unable to answer your call during office hours, please leave a voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. Current or new clients may also contact us via email.

CURRENT CLIENTS

If you are interested in telehealth sessions:

  • Contact your insurance about your coverage for telehealth and/or telephone evaluations.
  • After you know your insurance coverage for telehealth, please call your therapist.
